Our Mission:

The mission of Old Town Creek Baptist Church is to love God, to love others, and to lift up the name of Jesus Christ in every possible way. We seek to follow the example that was set by Jesus for the New Testament Church.

We believe that the Bible has God for its author; salvation for its end; and truth, without any mixture of error, for its matter and that all Scripture is totally true and trustworthy. Our congregation has adopted the 2000 statement of The Baptist Faith and Message as our doctrinal guideline. You may view the statement of faith in its entirety at http://www.sbc.net/bfm2000/bfm2000.asp

We are also affiliated with the Alabama State Baptist Convention and the Muscle Shoals Baptist Association.

“…Without a doubt, God has called me into the ministry to proclaim His message fully and faithfully. It has been, it is now, and it will forever be my desire to spread the glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ and to minister to those in need. There is nothing that I can do on my own, but only by His grace. It is by that grace that I can and will do my part to bring glory and honor to my Savior and His Kingdom…”    – Bro. Brandon Kerby
